RER A. We all know that the RER A is not the most pleasant transport in Paris. But going to Disneyland is convenient. The RER exit is close to the entrance to the park; it’s well done. In addition, in the morning, even on weekdays, the RER towards this direction, from Paris outwards, is not crowded. Same in the evening. Management: Marne La Vallée. Stop: Marne La Vallée–Chessy. If you have the Navigo card, it’s all good because it is included. Otherwise, you must take a 5-zone ticket.

TGV from CDG airport. If you visit Disneyland Paris in 1 day, you may come by plane to Paris. It is possible to go directly from CDG airport to Disneyland Paris by TGV (high-speed train) without going through Paris. Look for timetables on the SNCF website. Otherwise, it is also possible to book a taxi.

Taxi. It is also possible to get there by taxi from Paris. It takes about 40 minutes and 70€ to get to Disneyland from Paris.

Parking. Disneyland Paris car parks are chargeable: about 30 euros/car. So, it is also possible to avoid paying for parking, but it’s more hassle. The trick would be to go to the parking lot of the Val d’Europe shopping center, then take the RER A for one station… Indeed, you will save money but waste time and energy. In the end, less time to enjoy the place. It’s my point of view.

1. The best time to visit Disneyland Paris is on weekdays, avoiding Wednesdays if possible. Because it is evident during the week that Disneyland Paris is quieter, and you can enjoy the attractions with less waiting and in a more relaxed way.
2. The 2nd best time is the weekends in January, February, April, and November, excluding school holidays.
3. Outside these periods, there are many more people at Disneyland, and the visit is less pleasant.

Unfortunately, but nothing surprising: school holidays are the worst time to visit Disneyland Paris. At least you know it and are ready.

Good to know! There are fewer people in the evening, 2-3 hours before closing, than in the morning. Every time I went, it was quieter, which wasn’t surprising either since there were a lot of kids. But it’s good to know because the show and the fireworks are fantastic!
